What's possible
Frontier thinking from the people setting the pace of AI — where the technology is actually headed, past the hype cycle and the product roadmap.
Puro Matrix in motion
The concept
Most AI events are built for one audience talking to itself. Puro Matrix is built for the handoff — the moment a business leader's hard-won market knowledge meets an AI leader's technical judgment, and something neither could build alone gets decided. Every session, every day, is designed around one of three questions.
Frontier thinking from the people setting the pace of AI — where the technology is actually headed, past the hype cycle and the product roadmap.
Not vision decks — working systems. Leaders show what's already shipped, already in production, already changing how a real business runs.
Structured time built for two kinds of expertise to find each other — so the conversation turns into a partnership after the conference ends.
The program
Each day of Puro Matrix answers one of the questions at the center of the conference — moving from vision, to what's real today, to the work of putting people together.
Frontier keynotes and moonshot thinking — where AI leaders lay out what's coming before it's conventional wisdom.
Live demos and operator case studies — systems already running in production, presented by the people who built and shipped them.
Structured matchmaking and working sessions — the day conversations turn into partnerships, pilots, and follow-ups.

We're finalizing a location built for the conference itself — small enough for real conversation, with room to work in the halls between sessions. Confirmed venue and city will be announced to the mailing list first.

Puro Matrix is kept small on purpose. Seats are offered by application to keep the room balanced between business and AI leadership — tell us a bit about yourself and we'll follow up.

Good to know
Two kinds of people: operators and executives making real AI decisions for their business, and AI builders and researchers with something worth showing. We keep the room balanced roughly 50/50.
No. There's no expo floor and no sponsored keynote slots disguised as talks. Sessions are curated for substance, and selling from the stage isn't allowed.
By application and direct invitation. We're optimizing for the quality of conversation in the room, not the size of the audience.
Mornings are stage sessions — keynotes, panels, demos. Afternoons are smaller: working sessions, clinics, and matchmaking built around what each attendee is trying to figure out.
Dates and venue are being finalized and will go to the mailing list first. Request an invitation to hear as soon as it's confirmed.
